I propose that from now on , any P4 school that hosts a :
a. FCS school MUST pay $1,000,000 for the privilege of having that game count as a W for post season purposes
b. hosting a G4 school? , they MUST pay 750,000 . Those W’s count anyway .
it gives these schools in these smaller leagues much needed revenue .
