unless they expand to 16 for 2027If they're top 12 they're in starting next year.
everything gets redone then
and where is ND’s negotiating strength ?

yupThe worst part is if he beat OSU I bet they’d have kept him.
I mean, except that most teams have filled out their classes and are focusing on transfers. These rising freshmen are in an unenviable position.Idk. It doesn’t make sense for them to wait. I mean the coaching carousel is effectively over. If they knew they were gonna do it, why not just do it right after the season like everyone else? After signing day means nothing since all those kids are now free to sign with whoever they want due to a coaching change.
Idk man…these are high end recruits. You’re telling me teams wouldn’t figure it out if they needed to? Or like…Penn State could throw a ton of cash their way because of what happened to their class.I mean, except that most teams have filled out their classes and are focusing on transfers. These rising freshmen are in an unenviable position.
But also the 17 players set to enroll early now have to make a decisionI mean, except that most teams have filled out their classes and are focusing on transfers. These rising freshmen are in an unenviable position.
most definitelyI'm guessing Michigan knew about this for a while and by waiting, does anyone think they have a replacement lined up
There were rumors about this in the middle of the season, like when they played Purdue. There has to be a reason he got fired now. Tweets are popping up with people in the program knowing about this 1, even 2 weeks ago. To me, the program had to know well in advance and spare me “zero tolerance” when the things with Harbaugh were going on. Difference is Harbaugh was winning. Moore was never the answer, just a stop gap.
I’m expecting an announcement within a couple days.
Makes sense. Otherwise they'd be settling in 2 yrs like NW/FitzyThey had to wait until the internal investigation was complete to be able to fire him with cause.
most definitely
Makes sense but the timing of completing the internal investigation is a bit suspect. They had to wait until the internal investigation was complete to be able to fire him with cause.
National audience. Regularly top 10 viewership in the country, though not as powerful as it used to be (but don't tell ND fans that).unless they expand to 16 for 2027

i’m sure the investigation could have been done in 15 minutes if they used Lennie & Rey from Law & Order - and maybe give a witness a tune up if they weren’t cooperatingThey had to wait until the internal investigation was complete to be able to fire him with cause.
Ok, but they'd essentially be guaranteed a berth every year in in that scenario.unless they expand to 16 for 2027
