Illinois is practicing at Vandy. Tennessee is practicing at Montgomery Bell.
Presumably, the system is the same as what NFL uses for the Super Bowl. Champ of the host team's conference uses the host team's facility, based on the possibility that it could be the host team itself. So the SEC rep in the MCB gets first crack at Vandy's facility, but can pass it up if they're put off by the notion that their coaches and players will be photographed under pro-Vandy signage. I presume only UT would be really bothered by this. Plus, there might be some recruiting benefit to UT by camping for a week at a Nashville-area high school football power.

working on a blog post that i'm not gonna plug here, but i dug up the following fun facts:

tennessee won four conference games this year. three of those teams fired their head coach.

on the other hand, this is the first year since 2021 where no big ten team that lost to illinois fired their head coach.

Hype video gave a glimpse of our end zone. Usually, people rag on the MCB for putting "Nashville" instead of the school names in each end zone, but we get to beat the system a bit by highlighting "ILL" in orange.
