If we’re being 100% honest, one of Boyd or Lopati won’t be playing here (in all likelihood).

Next year, if Boyd wins the starting competition and balls out, he’ll have three years left. And if Lopati wins it, he’ll have four years left.

Eli certainly got used to things quickly- he couldn’t crack the starting lineup for Bemiji State last year (literally only started one game) - we took a shot with him and he played well when he got the opportunity and now he gets an agent and is in the transfer portal because he wants more money!
I remember a sack for Coenen in the bowl game, did he play much at all before that? Don't remember the name except for that play.

none of it? (having a good QB is kind of important). getting a guy at (or near) the top of our board is paramount. without knowing what the current state of the market is, hard to guess. but I'd say over one million (so, 2 million for all the maths majors)
Houser was offered more than $1M by ECU to stay there if that helps with the math- he’s definitely getting over $2m in the big ten, I would guess $2.5-3M if we are competing with Arkansas.

Don’t forget the revenue sharing so there is $21.5M (not all on football , but the majority) in addition to NIL for teams to use, I think the math gets crazy for top QB’s

Beat me to it, please tell me that is a term of endearment common to the team, and not an out-and-out typo (or worse he thinks that is his coach’s name).
Or autocorrect
