I mean, why not actually just put up the whole comparison and let the voters decide?!

It's a tough one. Game Score, a metric that purports to tell you how good a player played, has them tied! Looking at the more traditional metrics, TSJ scored more, but Wagler scored more efficiently. I mean, the scoring efficiency here is just mind boggling. 47% from 3 on volume! Woah. And he's got more rebounds and assists. To TSJ's credit, he clearly was more productive on defense, with double the steals and a couple more blocks. And they're even on turnovers.
Like I said, really tough one. Obviously, if we're talking about the significance of the games, it is important that TSJ's 12-game stretch coincided with the conference tourney and Tournament. But I think we're actually just talking about how good the performances were, and in that case I think Keaton ekes out the win. And yeah, I love TSJ and that 40-pt game was amazing, but 40 on 22 shots against last year's Nebraska on a neutral court is not as impressive as 46 on 17 shots against this year's Purdue at Mackey. And that's not a knock.
