You obviously would know the timeline far better on this than me, or most. But I assume he "agreed" before the SB.

I can't say im shocked. You win a SB, you got a young team, great defense. A lot of emotion to it. I get it

With having to completely overhaul our defensive scheme, and fill out big holes in the DL?

Unless he plans to call defense himself and perhaps bring one of his offspring as a position coach

Well, it is a quick pivot. I have never heard of him, but that doesn't mean much. I trust Bret.
