Wisconsin was awful tonight. Couldn't make shots, couldn't get stops, and kept losing the ball in the second half.

Wisconsin down 13 with 3 min left to oregon ?
they just want to make sure it's a quad 2 loss for both Illinois and Michigan. that's their big ten legacy.

I'm starting to believe that this Wisconsin teams plays to their competition. we got teams of guys on this to figure it out. 🤮

Wisconsin wins at Michigan and Illinois, then get outscored by 20 in the second half to lose at lowly Oregon? LOL, Gard.

Oregon with Bittle back had Purdue, on the road, had Purdue all but beat, they beat USC, just beat Wisconsin.......better not take them lightly when they come into town. The big guy makes an enormous difference.

The season has completely fallen apart for Ole Miss, who has now lost 10 straight games after last night's home loss to LSU, and now sit in last place in the SEC. Two years in a row where the AJ Storr experiment has not worked out.

Depaul sweeps Creighton. If they make the dance, which looks like a realistic possibility, Holtmann should be COTY in the Big East.

Unbelievable end to regulation in Oregon State game. Beavers up by 3 with 4 seconds left and instead of fouling, they let San Diego roll the ball up court and then hit a 3. Please, please fire Tinkle. At least Beavers won in OT.
Maybe it is something in the Oregon water that makes coaches/teams dumb.

This team intentionally missed a free throw up by 2,

I actually agree with missing the free throw here... the odds of getting a full-court pass where the clock doesn't run to hit a 3 is much greater than a one-handed heave from full court. Time & score, though, when Duke did it against Butler in the title game, there was 3.6 left, and Hayward almost had it.

That said, if your players aren't trained in the situation enough to not run up to the shooter, then you're not capable of pulling if off.

No, DePaul is not making the tournament unless they win the Big East tournament.
Most likely you're right, but 9 wins, a 5th place finish, and a big upset win vs St John's or Villanova in the Big East tournament might be enough if the committee takes five.

They're about 50th in line for an at large bid right now, it's not anywhere close. The Big East isn't particularly close to even getting 4 teams in.

Yes, if you sort Torvik by Q1 & Q2 wins, they’re 82nd. They’re 0-5 in Q1A games, 1-6 in Q1 games, and 3-6 in Q2 games. 13-15 Minnesota has a better resume.

Two things are true:

1. This is DePaul's best season in the Big East since they joined, and could land their highest Big East finish ever (7th is the highest they've finished before this year).

2. DePaul is still a mile away from being an NCAA tournament team.
