Meh. 26 against Bama. 23 against Texas Tech. 19 versus Nebraska. 16 versus Iowa. 17 versus MSU. 17 versus Wisconsin.
Texas Tech was 11th when we played them. MSU was 10th. Alabama was 11th. The problem with Dre is that in the other ones against top 11 (im sorry Tech ad Bama were too close to 10 to ignore) UCONN, Tennessee, Purdue, and Nebraska he went 3, 5, 5, 8. Need more consistency, sure. But saying all the stats are inflated solely from against bad teams? bridge too far.
The bolded is the interesting question. Brad changes his style year after year, our pace has crawled to a halt this year. If that's something Brad wants to continue, I agree with you, money is probably best spent elsewhere. However, if we want to actually get back to running a bit, it makes more sense to bring him back IMO.
