If it happens, Mirk + Blackwell + Davis + 1 or both of the twins = a very solid foundation of veteran, tested players. Add Coleman, Morillo and maybe Ty and you already have the makings of a Top 10 team. Add one more big portal piece and….wow!

Staff is aiming MUCH higher than mid major players to round out the roster. And Quentin will start. Regardless, next year's roster will be loaded.

I thought I recalled last year Lee being more ready to contribute than Wagler, are you saying Quinten is further ahead of Morillo or both will start?

Andrej needs to be shooting 1,000 3's a day this off-season, starting yesterday. (It's probably a bit late in career, but he does have genetics working in his favor.) Then you combine his nose for the rim with 39% from behind the arc and he's unstoppable next season with the aforementioned cast of talent around him!

To be fair, this tends to be our biggest negative insider, so to hear he is kind of optimistic means a TON to me.

It's $5M for the top guys this off-season. Speculating our number is already on the table.

(Unless we've already been told otherwise in this thread by those in the know, I'm not sure how many of our dream team we can afford.)

Are we sure Morez and Mara will leave? They both have eligibility and as much as I hate to say it, it seems like UM has an open checkbook. The will have all of their guards back, too, in addition to their new top recruit. Unfortunately I don't see Mich going away. I wish they would.

Mara may stay but I think Morez will go to the NBA if he's a high enough pick. But you make a good point either way they will be dangerous again with all those guards. May will hit the portal kombat hard tomorrow morning as well they will be deep and talented again.

I didn't follow much outside the fact that he was joining the team this year when Bilic committed, but why would he leave? I thought the point of him sitting was for "strength training and development." Why bring him over if the staff didn't think he had a shot at the rotation next year, Final Four or not?

Michigan will have $$$ to spend…

However…. Yax, Gayle and Burnett are all gone. Mara and Morez could be gone as well so a bit of production to replace…😉
