Well… that and the win.Only positive is Clayton looks good for the future.

It was a well coached game until we got up three scores with 7 minutes left in the third wuartwr and decided to start playing drain the clock. It was another poorly coached game. Again.
Pathetic behavior by Fitz. This guy shouldn't be anywhere near a major college program. Of course MSU has low standards so they kind of go together. Not his finest moment
Well, take a shower. Congrats, you guessed right.I got to i feel dirty after that win but i guess a win is a win
Two things have always baffled me.I don't know that they are all MAC. I think a few of them show flashes, but I'm wondering if the coaches haven't taught them the schemes well? Or the scheme isn't intuitive and the players are trying to think about where they need to go instead of running on instinct? Yes, the talent could use an upgrade, but I'm blaming the coaches.
The footwork and tackling issues are a whole other issue that are puzzling since it didn't seem like huge issues last year or I have a short memory.
And I hope we do a lot of special teams film study in our off week so our guys can recognize the onside kick.
I believe. He is still getting healthy and Coaches know what they have for future. Barnett Blew his leg, knee up junior year and either ankle or same knee last year of high school in game 1. This is why Alabama said who cares, bye. He gets healthy this year and rushes for 10 yards per carry He cost $1 million next season. The blocking is the only thing I can think of as well. In my opinion, he's been one of the most exciting players on the team.
Since CoachB and Lunney have teamed up. They Coach to Win. Then later in game coach, not to Lose. Flat out.. Drives me crazy. It was a well coached game until we got up three scores with 7 minutes left in the third wuartwr and decided to start playing drain the clock.![]()
I saw that too, but you have to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Of course the other side of that is maybe it has been a big concern they discussed/worked with him in practices and yet he continues to swing the ball around while trying to gain extra yards. Ball security is huge especially in tight games.Regarding Barnett, after his last carry you could see Bret talking to him about how he was carrying the ball off his body. Was lucky he didn’t fumble. My guess is ball security concerns are what’s holding him back.
A little less worried after also watching the Ducks today. Raiola had some mighty struggles, but I suspect that won’t last…Very glad we won. Offense was amazing. But the defense is STILL complete and utter trash. I shudder to think about what Oregon will do to the D.
That was a beautiful kick. Can't really fault the way we played it.And I hope we do a lot of special teams film study in our off week so our guys can recognize the onside kick.
Ball securityI need an explanation for Barnett disappearing after two monster runs.
Can you grab a 40 time on your neighbors wife, we may need her to suit up.If someone could get a message to Lunney in the next two weeks...before our next 4th and inches....that Clayton weighs less than my neighbors 5'7" pregnant wife.
Maybe pour some lead weights down his pants if he insists on calling the dumbest plays known to 4th down in history.
Ball security
Did he lose the ball and I missed it?Ball security
Yep, us with a frosh QB, seemed unlikely that we'd get the second OT TD AND the 2pter, while our D wasn't stopping them much at all until that last play. why not tie it up with the extra point kick and take your chances with the second round of OT? I don't get the stategy thereWhat a dumb play call lololololol
