Didn't he also have this problem when he was coaching at Carolina? I remember him saying something about him and his son not being able to go to Hornets games.

That entire interaction from fan to family of the coach is way below the belt and unacceptable in every form.

However, this type of thing feels inevitable considering how cursed that coaching role has become.
Not going to excuse the fan reaction, but about three weeks ago he should have decided to keep his family in the skybox and exit about an hour after a loss.

I'm not sure what you mean by cursed. A few millionaires have been made. I'm assuming they have a ton of NIL, but I suppose I could be wrong.

I don't think the coaches have been cursed. They just haven't been that good. I don't think they'll do that much better when they move on from Rhule.

Lol, I love claiming our five titles, but seeing as our second to last title was nearly 100 years ago and our last title was 19 years before their first, this is an insane comparison, lol.
It is an insane comparison - won ours over 5 decades. They won theirs in two bunches. It took them until the 1970s to win one!! I think ours are more impressive.

I feel like this one could turn ugly on us. There are too many things our under-talented defense has to do. Contain Colandra in the pocket. Cover Nebby's very capable receivers. Stop their really good running game. IMO, our offense will need to play their best game of the season for us to compete in this one.

Sounds like Houser is most definitely good to go. Given that, I'm going with the home team this week. While NEB seems to be stronger on both sides of the ball statistically, I'm just going to go with my gut. It's going to be really tough to go 2-2 over the final four games unless we win this one. Guess I'm clearly a "homer."

23 ILLINI
20 NEB

With the spread now all the way down to +4.5, we cover and we win the game outright. (8-0 vs the spread; 5-3 in choosing the winning team. I missed Duke, Purdue and MSU.)

Really? We won 4 over 13 years in a time when 50 teams played and the sport was just "run the ball and win 7-0". That is not impressive. Our 1951 title isn't even consensus. Saying "won ours over 5 decades" is such a misleading comment.

Nebraska's title run in the 90's is one of the best title runs in the history of college football.

I am so excited to get out and tailgate all afternoon. But

PLEASE - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

**BE LOUD ON DEFENSE. NOT JUST THIRD DOWN AFTER THE OFFENSE HAS ALREADY GOT THE PLAY CALL IN.

ALL. DAMN. GAME.**

I’m very sad to report that I won’t be able to see the cultural puzzler school board in action at Gibbs Memorial State this Friday night.

Errrr…uh sorry…Keys Memorial Stadium.

Last year, he talked about how he wanted to smack a kid who was a Michigan fan.

Tensions are just boiling.
