Looks cool. I still don't like the anodized orange that looks more like the Texas color, but I love the shield.

Very nice. But, just to nit pick, looks like the axis is incorrect, due to the shadow. You using Keyshot?

When you look at the grey jersey next to the orange one, it just looks like a black and white picture the orange one. Kinda lame, might have looked better with a little louder orange numbering.

Any guesses as to the uni combo this jersey gets worn with? orange/grey/orange perhaps? or maybe there is a silver chrome helmet we havent seen yet? Someone mentioned earlier about a possible shield helmet, maybe it goes with the grey jeresey (which wasn't at the unveiling either...)

So I was in Dick's Sporting Goods yesterday in Peoria, Illinois looking at new Illini rebrand stuff and came across the new football jerseys, one of which was the new orange Josh Ferguson jersey and another one, which was the new style with the #6, but it was charcoal grey and navy, nothing I had come across before. Anyone know what is going on here or has seen this?

Maybe the helmet with the shield logo? Someone said yesterday that their friend has seen the mini helmet version of these and they're going to go on sale soon.

I actually think the white-grey-white would be a cool combo to pull out every once in awhile. Oregon has made it work (although the grey is more of a trim):

Edit: just to add on...bottom line is that it looks we're going to have a lot of uniform combinations. That's appealing to teenagers.

I just noticed the :shield: logo on the collar is all navy. I've never seen it all navy before. Has it been used any where before this?

I think the grey looks dull to me. What would you pair it with pants and helmet? I like that metallic orange as it is consistent with our traditional colors but jazzed up for this century.
