He averaged 26 mins a game and shot 20% from 3 in the NCAA Tournament this year. "limited irregular playing opportunities" is inaccurate I'd love to see him improve and become All-B1G and an elite 3-point shooter as much as the next guy, but he needs to make a significant jump this offseason...

The point is that Hawkins is not a good outside shooter. 28% is not good He could end up being a good outside shooter (certainly has the physical tools) but to consider him one at this moment in time is misleading and premature
