I saw a basketball game played on the Enterprise flight deck while in the Navy. We were at anchor overseas, and also had a cookout to celebrate the Navy's birthday. No wooden court though, our crew played on the rough non-skid deck surface, so no diving for loose balls. Good times, and a welcome break from long hours of flight operations at sea.

Colorado lost @ Grambling 83-74 last game. They were trailing by 17 with 5 to go before a garbage time run made the final score respectable.

TX Southern does it again. They beat Arizona St in OT 67-66.
This same Tennessee beat Gonzaga handily in a scrimmage game. I watched the game and both teams played it like a regular season game.

It's a bench guy who probably doesn't get to play much. I have no qualms with him doing it in a non-con game.
I wouldn’t really have an issue if it was a conference game. Talking a sub who heaved up nearly a half court shot from his waist. Not like he drove for a layup or even drove to get to better position where he could take normal shot. Celebration was a bit over the top, but I think that was more a byproduct of the top of shot it was and who made it.
Gates probably had a word with the kid about it. But in the end it was a “Hail Maryish” shot made by a kid who probably works his tail off. So he and bench squad got a nice moment and had fun playing a sport they love. The horror.
Maybe it was the last leg of his six team parlay? That would explain the celebration like he just won a state title.
