Kansas, Gonzaga, N Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Auburn have all looked overrated to this point.
UVA looks like a top 5 team to me.So far, I have been most impressed by UVA.
Duke just squeaked that one out. Might have lost if the refs called a jump ball rather than granting a time out.Duke looks average at best. All four teams in Vegas would handle them easily.

Yeah that looked pretty suspect. Proud of my Beavs. Hung tough when clearly out manned. Duke will get better. They’re young. And damn you Grandison. Hit 2 free throws very late and also had a nice post feed late in game.Duke just squeaked that one out. Might have lost if the refs called a jump ball rather than granting a time out.
They beat an impressive Creighton team too.Another team I’m impressed with is Arizona.
This is the perfect game — early noncon tournament game — to sit a guy for a defensive lapse. Not like the outcome of this game would impact KU getting into the tourney and likely wouldn’t impact their seed in the tourney. Sitting the kid against directional U State isn’t going to have near the impact on the kid as sitting today did. Self now has that kids attention as well as the team’s. He’s coaching for the rest of the season not to win a game in late November.Whisky vs KU going to OT not impressed with how Self coached this game Whisky packs in their D and Self leaves his best outside shooter on the bench almost the entire 2nd half because of a defensive lapse. KU could of won in regulation if they make free throws.
Well, he apparently was good in the first half when I wasn't watching in this game.Chuck Hepburn hasn't been very good yet this year.
Well, OBVIOUSLY it was a coaching decision. Xavier’s coach said, “Hack ‘em”, while Duke’s coach said, “Stop fouling.”I’ve seen 2 flops by Duke. Both called offensive fouls against Xavier.
Xavier started the game with 2 fouls to Duke’s 5 fouls. But then all of a sudden, Duke stopped fouling and Xavier started.
Duke now has 6 fouls and Xavier has 10 (8-1 foul run).
