10-0 run by RU to close it out ......

Why did Holtman not use his 1st team all B1G player for the end plays ?????

What happened would be like BU not using Kofi or Trent for that play ....I'm amazed to say the least....
Branham is a solid shooter and perhaps he figured they'd key on Liddell? I see that Branham was on fire from three range tonight.

Our game at Rutgers will be tough. They have beaten O$U and MSU. They are a dangerous bubble team
It's crazy with these guys at home. They win on a half-court shot against Purdue. Then they get FT's to win on a ridiculous ref call on Keegan Murray of Iowa with 1.5 secs left. Then they blow out MSU. Then they go on a 12-0 run at the end of the game to beat OSU, who hasn't lost a dumb game all year.

They weren't even considered a bubble team because of their nonconference record, but now ....

OTOH, MD blew them out at the RAC, up by 20 in the first half and cruising comfortably to victory just two weeks ago. Baker was healthy but their D just couldn't contain Ayala and Russell on the perimeter. Since the 2nd half of the NW game in Evanston, though, gotta like the way they've played.

Watching this nebby vs goofer game is like a disorganized intermural BB game.....my eyes are hurting.....I need a 420 to ease my pain.....

That's just it. They only get up for the top teams at home. I REALLY can't stand teams like that.

Most of the night ,yes.....but Liddell is their best player and using a freshman over EJ is just puzzling........EJ down low gets a bucket or gets fouled most of the time........
Yep....puzzling it is

Verge is a turnover machine ......so glad we passed on him way back when....
Didn't know we were ever interested. Under his "leadership", they played some of the worst possession ball with the lead that I have witnessed this year when they blew the game against NC State in the Big Ten-ACC Challenge. Imagine having to root for Brad Davison in the last game of the challenge against Georgia Tech for the Big Ten to win the challenge.

Loyola loses again. I think their chances of getting an at-large bid are sailing away.
I just heard several days ago that they are in even if they don't win their tourney. They lost one guy overseas to the pros from last year, but everyone else is back. 4 seniors and 4 grad students on the team. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if they didn't make the tourney, though. ;)
