I always felt he was a strange fit at Oregon. Virtually no ties to the west coast.

Crazy idea, but what if we went for Urban Meyer? I think Josh has to at least consider it. Maybe not move or even make a call, but Urban getting fired from Jags, being toxic for most programs at this time, wouldn't it be a time that our school might actually be an attractive position for him? Gets back to the B1G, on the weaker side of the B1G. We get a guy who made college football seem easy, perennial national championship competing team, great recruiter and yes, we get a bit of a reputation hit, will likely pay out the wazoo to break Brett's contract...but we immediately become a contender. Maybe not 22, but 23 for sure. I know, crazy, but there's some logic there...some...

Mr. Meyer probably is in Columbus right now being consoled by his barfly lady.........He will land back at ESPN where he was a disaster from what I saw,,,,,,,,,,

I wish I could be sure he'd implode whatever program he ended up at, but I know his douchebag self and that type of attitude can work in CFB for the sheer fact that kids only deal with him for 2-4 years.

No Josh doesn't have to consider this and he won't. You want to hire a coach who is radioactive, kicks players, and shows poor judgement.
