The knives are out for Hoiberg. Shatel is the biggest homer in sports journalism, essentially a PR guy for the Nebraska athletics boosters.
So when he starts writing pieces like this, it's the fat lady singing.
"bUt hE wAS sO GoOd at IOWa StATe" - GTFO.
Dude is toast.

Now appearing in Tampa
Chester frazier has been listed as a possible along with roger powell
No, no, no, no, AND NO
He belongs here
and
It’s too soon and the wrong team for his first HC assignment.

Let them go get one of the turncoats in Kentucky. I think they are ready for a change in scenery.

Illinois State would be an excellent starter job for an experienced assistant ready to take the plunge.

Powell is from Illinois and should be able to recruit the midwest.

he was a warrior on the court (undersized 6'6" power forward) and one of my favorite players.

He coached under Bryce Drew at Valpariso and Vanderbuilt for 8(?) years and has spent 2.5 years under Few at Gonzaga.

We need to have somebody ready when Brad retires (he is 68). Scott Nagy has Illinois ties and is doing well. Howard seems content to collect big assistants paycheck and recruit. Hopeful that Chester helps us win NCAA title then gets his first HC job. Deon appears to have given up coaching. Dee has been moving backward and is now at UICC

BU is 58...not 68.

Pretty sure Brad can count.
