The way this team is playing they may have enough heart to do it.

Plus it wouldn't hurt to go like...I don't know...15/30 from 3.

On the flipside, what is the advantage of putting Michigan's shortest player (Walton) on NW's tallest player (Pardon)??????????

I'm still trying to figure out why any coach would choose to defend that way. Walton had no chance.

It's pretty normal in those situations to guard the inbounder with one of your tallest/longest athletes. I don't know much about Michigan's depth, but I think the better question would be why didn't they have a second big in to protect the rim? I'm obviously not a coach there or seeing what goes on in practice, and I'm sure they've defended that situation a million times in practice this year. That would just be my question from an uneducated, outside perspective.
