Maryland has landed back on earth today. They are NOT a great team especially if fichigan ends up beating them.
37% combined shooting and 25% 3-pt shooting at half time and Rice 0-3 from the arc! NO comparison to last night’s ridiculous lucky bs performance! OK they won sore loser here! It just makes me sick.

Adios twerps!!

Dainja probably not as quick as Twerps Queen but has more strength and outweighs him by 15 to 20 pounds. Would have loved to see that matchup last night.. Queen vs Dainja. I don't think Queen could have backed down Dainja in the paint or easily have blocked him out. Really wish we could have kept him.

Golden of Michigan schooling Queen now

Bingo. Fantastic musician. I still have a cassette I bought from him in '86. It's wonderful that you recall him, too.
Friend of my parents - really nice guy. I was in grade school at the time, but my parents took me to some of those Nature's Table shows and his farewell at Krannert.

Can someone explain to me how scUM is able to handle Maryland? We get dogwalked by them, but scUM isn't having any issues? This just makes my hatred for them even stronger

Michigan’s 2 bigs are handling the MD bigs

I believe this says we needed a true center this year and a 3 man rotation at the 5. Also, game planning by our coaching staff was lacking vs. Maryland

Reese with only 8 points so far versus Michigan. Rebounds are really, really lopsided ... 36 to 13 in favor of Michigan!!!!!!!

That's a pretty big typo...
Carrie Brownstein Television GIF
I laughed pretty hard at that typo. What's funny is if you take that to be that the vulgar no-no word for what it means. Michigan doesn't really have them.

Sorry if that's bad, but it made this typo funnier.

So we were sitting in the same concert hall on the same night. I was 24 and you were, what, 10? IIRC it was June or July 1990, a month before I finished grad school and left C-U forever.

I love this Board.

I guess Maryland decided to run Hamer's defense... Maybe the Illini rubbed off on them.

Fichigan having their way with cuts and layups.
