I’m watching the post game after Creighton-Oregon. It’s so refreshing to hear Jay Wright say “that’s a great point-I didn’t think of that” when Candace Parker was talking about how Dalton Knecht can look at using a middle ball screen.
In an age of “look at me”, hot takes, and generally trying to be the smartest person in the room, it was great to hear someone who is so knowledgeable as Jay Wright say something like that.
