Honestly, good for them. They've been a joke for so long it's nice to see some good news for them
And they were the #15 and last seed in that tourney. They beat #2 seed UC San Diego, who finished 2nd in the Big West this season but wasn't able to play in the Big West or NCAA Tourney due to still being in their transition to D-1.

I've been onto him since late February, which isn't saying much. But I've loved watching NC State though their ACC and NCAA run.
Man…the committee strikes again…Knecht definitely looks more 1st team AA than Terrence right now. Sure, small sample size. Thankfully for Dalton these games don’t matter…
Of course the best games are the ones directly conflicting with the Illini game.

Objectively speaking, the games in Boston next week will be a lot of fun. Assuming UConn wins tomorrow, you’ll have three legitimately really good teams and perhaps a big Cinderella team in a great basketball town. Wish I could go to those games. It will be a fantastic weekend.

NC State and Oregon really showing what these conference tournament bid thieves are capable of. I feel like Ohio St. could have been like that if Illinois hadn't snuffed them out. They've won twice in the NIT so far.
