SVG is actively upset by Utah State's offense.

I did not see a thread where this should go, but I did want to start discussion of this issue. The SEC crapping the bed is just the first instance of a Power 5 grab to remove small conference upsets. The clown behind this is an SEC shill who's teams are not good enough and so, watering down the field is the way to make sure his cash cows keep pouring in the cream for his backer.

Bad idea

Super soft and one on Utah state there, their offense is doing them no favors either.

I don't get rooting against Purdue in the Tournament. Doesn't benefit us in any way unless we meet in the championship. Them losing early again hurts the conference's reputation for next season in intangible ways (beyond NET).

So as much as I hate to say it, boiler up

You think Edey is in the gym at 4:30 in the morning to practice being tall, and dunking without jumping?

As a fan of basketbal, I find it predictable and therefore boring.

I am sure PU fans will disagree.

Seems like half the teams in the S16 have cruised (or will cruise) to a pair of double digit wins. Regional semi's should be much higher quality as the better teams start to collide.

I do not understand why they schedule this way. have 1 game and then a break and then 2nd game and a break. Then throw 6 games in 2 time slots. Why not 2 games per the 4 time slots. And I may be an old man shouting at clouds, but why a 9:40 eastern start on a Sunday,

Well the break between the first and second game is because the games are at the same site. Need time for warms up between games.

And there will typically only be 3 games on Sunday that are on CBS because of CBS' Sunday primetime schedule.

The 9:40 PM ET start I don't really have an issue with, especially since the game itself is being played out west. Plus I don't think Yale is going to draw that many extra eyeballs outside of the east coast.
