Announcer in the A&M game said “Aggies are in the danger zone”.

We need to trademark that. 😝

What have I learned since Saturday and today?
1. Mountain West stinks and mid majors this year Stink.
2. Our win is probably not as impressive as we thought, Fun yes!.
3. Seems every Team scoring 85-100pts that's worth a Darn.
4. Pac12 a ton better than we thought and ACC.
5. Nate Oats of Alabama is a tool in almost the same breath as Bruce Pearl.
6. Purdue, Marquette, UNC, Zona, and Uconn are as good as we have thought all season.
P.S. our Illini!
7. TV coverage: background noise making the announcers un Audible. Is Un Bearable!!!!!! 💯
8. Next week will be Awesome!!!! Illini 💪.

I missed stating, Justin Harmon played his best Defensive game of the year, IMO!

Rules question from the Houston game. Ball was saved to a Houston player and the person that saved the ball proceeded to run pass the person who possessed the ball. Person with the ball gave the player that saved it a high-five as he passed. The player that passed him was out—of-bounds when they slapped each other. Is that legal or should it have been called out-of-bounds when contact was made.

Unfortunately Houston is pulling away so we will probably have to endure more shots of Jim Nance in the stands with his grandson.
I sure don’t mind seeing the smug SEC schools sniffing cougar dung though.

Five straight trips down for aggies there has been a foul called on Houston.

This has become one of the chalkiest tournaments of all time. All four 1 seeds make the Sweet 16, all four 2 seeds, two 3 seeds, two 4 seeds, two 5 seeds, one 6 seed, and the one real outlier an 11 seed. 75% chalk, 12.5% one step away from chalk, and then 6.25% not expected, 6.25% underdog.

Really kind of a boring 2nd round. A lot of blowouts. I expected this year to be much more like last year.

On the one hand, I really don't like Sampson and I have a degree from Texas A&M, so Gig 'Em! On the other, I have firsthand knowledge of how little A&M fans care about basketball so it's hard for me to wish them well when a fanbase that cares could get joy instead.
