I think Love is going to NBA. He is #14 recruit in 247 last year, and he is in his Sophomore year to score 15 ppg in ACC, and proved himself in huge games. At least a 2nd round pick.

Many analysts think we have a very weak ACC this year: 5 tournament teams, and 4 of them are 8/10/11 seeds. And now they have 3 teams in Elite 8, while no BIG/PAC-12 team is there.

St peters played well and purdue didn't but to me this game illustates what the game has devolved into the past 3 years - st peters fouled 3-6 times most possessions with reach-ins, bumps, pushes, arm wraps, hit the arm .... and that has been the case in so many games the past two years - but everyone has just accepted that constant 'small' fouls are no-fouls as the new 'rules'. To me, its not enjoyable to watch ....the constancy and the inconsistency are irritating/infuriating. Aggressive defense and agressive rebounding are euphisms for no blood no foul .... . whatever happend to freedom of movement and the defender has a right to their space. i've been wanting to post my complaint since last years tourney ....
What you're asking for is that the college game turns into today's NBA, where breathing on someone is a foul and scoring 100 points is a given. That's what makes the NBA absolutely unbearable. It's set up to promote scoring and that's brutal. The NCAA would be just as unbearable if each team shoots 40 free throws. Basketball is a physical game, especially at this level.

As long as it's called consistently for both teams, for all 40 minutes, it's perfectly fine. Don't mess with it anymore. It's the best product in all of sports.

St Peters reminds me so much of the 05 team in reference to the passing and movement of the players. They will make the extra pass while passing up a good shot for a better shot. They have the same team chemistry and teamwork. That’s where we need to get back to, passing and movement

With every fiber of my being, and reliance on the universe granting what is good, pure and just, I hope you're right. The Scheyer Shadow Krzyzewski regime can't begin soon enough.
You gotta admit, Duke Carolina in the national semi would be pretty special especially this year.

They are playing above their weight class for sure. March always implies something magical that can't be explained.

They also seem to do the little things well. Always seems like they knock down free throws and make layups.

They are similar to Houston in that playing them the first time is a shock to your system. I don't think they beat Purdue or Kentucky if they played them again.
