Feel like that's kinda on Battle for trying to take a charge with 4 fouls.

Minn up 60-53, Larry Scirroto just gave Battle his 5th foul; coach Ben Johnson gets a T
I was just about to post that Larry S and Kelly Pfeifer are putting on yet another absolute show tonight. Just a brutal job reffing with no understanding of game situation or any idea how to call the game consistently. They really boned Minnesota hard on that one

I think Michigan is far more talented and the better team than WI.
100% agree. Their year has just been so down besides as of late. I feel like they are going to make the tournament based on their name and the fact they are actually a good team that underachieved and not on body of work like others.

Then I could see them making another little run if they do make it. They have the talent.

Right there with you, and fully aware that it's a problem
When the hate for scUM reaches a fever pitch , it's best to succumb to the realization that they deserve your almighty scorn and go with that hatred and incorporate it into all things B$G and sports in general......

mr. coward , punter dickin-kofi's -son and all the lil coward boys on the squad , along with all the past scUMbags have performed in such a ghastly display of bribe taking and other shady dealing's that I feel no remorse for my unbridled hatred of all things scUM.......

I really really don't...........................

When you think the bottom of the barrel of inept calls by these B$G buffoons has been reached , along comes a game like this and reaffirms the thought that the B$G refffing crews knows no bounds to the bottomless pit of incompetent failure........

It was a raging dumpster fire. I'm not sure why the B10 tolerates it night after night. I'm not entirely sure what agreements the B10 has in place with their refs, but considering how profitable this conference is, im not sure why the B10 doesn't invest in stealing the best refs in the nation to this conference. Pay them double what they're currently getting to be featured refs in the B10. It'll be well worth the price to not see Kelly, Larry, DJ, and Courtney on a nightly basis

Refs aside, Minnesota played a pretty darn good game. They're certainly better than their record indicates. As woeful as Maryland has played away from their home floor, it would not surprise me in the least if Minny gives them a scare, and maybe more.
Maryland is going to be tough for them, but Battle is playing his best ball all season and Garcia is going to give them problems. I expect a double digit win for Maryland but regardless good showing by the Gophers tonight

Yep , as good as the twerps are at home , they are that bad on the road ...

Probably the closest team as far as Jekyll & Hyde performance to us as there is in the conference.

Do the BIG coaches really not have enough pull to band together in the off-season and let the conference know the three or four zebras that need to not come back each year?
Seriously … I usually detest classism, but a multi-million dollar industry has to let a bunch of semi-retired accountants make awful call after awful call and never demand changes because, what? “Respect the officials”? This is well beyond them trying their best in a difficult situation; we have plenty of evidence of some of these guys being at best incompetent and at worst making it about themselves to the detriment of the spirit of Big Ten competition.

That was a moving screen however they haven't called that all season. And they call it twice in a 2pt game with a minute to go on back to back possessions. Hard to believe
In the Michigan game they called one on each team, they were two of the closest things to legal screens I'd seen in a while. Hopefully they call several tomorrow night, because illegal screens led to several of Pickett's points last time around. Hard to defend with an offensive linemen moving in front of you.
