Tons of potential and he's actually younger than some kids who will be one-and-done in next year's draft. Shooting 38% from 3 in college as a kid who was 17 when the season started doesn't hurt. It's a high risk/high reward pick

i guess, not a high college ranking, not good in college at all, didn't even start half the games. i actually do not understand the NBA nowadays and frankly as a huge NBA fan I can't be bothered the last few years.

Just wondering....We know BU is there, I wonder if Chin is? Wasn't he huge recruiting Ayo? If so that ought to be fun!
I’d guess they are still on speaking terms. Underwood said recently he still talks to OA everyday.

I'm not sure why people are surprised by this. The D1 coaching community isn't that big, particularly if you narrow it to the high-major level. I'm positive that Underwood didn't view them taking jobs at UK with the same animosity fans did, understanding that it's a business decision. It's a profession for them, not a fandom. You take (at least some) of the emotion out of it.

Ayo @ 22....
Lakers traded the pick away (along with Kuzma and Caldwell-Pope) to the Wizards for Westbrook. I don't know if Ayo fits what the Wizards need as they've got Beal and Caldwell-Pope at SG, unless they expect Ayo or one of those 2 to run point.

I cannot believe how many times I've heard players aren't good shooters so far. How are they comparing this draft class to '84?

Ayo 10th best available...yay...could Lakers be trading back to take him...wasn't it rumored he would not pastt LAL at 22 at some point. Good Luck to a great Illini and hoping Ayo get's selected in 1st.
