The announcers are sad their team is losing lol
This, right here, is the only correct narrative after everything else said up to this point about other teams/games!It’s safe to say, Tennessee did not deserve to be in the Playoffs.![]()
Yeah, if we're playing the media meathead game here, OSU dominated a 2 loss SEC team, PSU destroyed the ACC team Clemson barely beat. Texas looked fine against them but didn't blow them out. If you're really analyzing things just based off of these game results, you'd have to argue that the SEC has looked underwhelming thus far and they probably didn't deserve a 4th team inIt's odd that for all the !!!! Indiana got yesterday.... that game looks to end the closest of all four first round games.
I guess SEC teams like this don't belong here. Thats no knock on Tennessee...
I think there will be years where #9 would have a chance. But I think limiting it to 8 definitely means that you have to earn it, as it is right now.I thought the whole CFP expansion was to make sure no one was left out that stood a chance. That happens with 4, maybe with 8. It does not happen with 12. Maybe an upset, but eventually it's just too much to overcome if you want to advance past the opening round.
Sounds like you are getting your math lessons from this guy.I wish we played Alabama in the bowl game. After all, we beat michigan, michigan beat OSU, OSU is throttling Tenn, and Tenn whooped up on Bama.
Simple math tells me we beat Alabama by 49.
Make that 56. Ohio St just scored again!
So far it's been OSU's loss to Michigan and their previous losses to SEC teams, lolSo does anybody have any guesses as to what the announcers will talk about for the last 11 minutes of this blowout?
How good Georgia is and lamenting Alabama shoulda/woulda/coulda.So does anybody have any guesses as to what the announcers will talk about for the last 11 minutes of this blowout?
Not much to talk about when one team is completely outclassed. I don't blame them. They're also there to hype up other things broadcast by the same network umbrella. It's just amazing to me how these announcers leave the game in progress behind and talk about everything under the sun. The Sunday announcers do it all the time.
Tends to happen when the game is a laugher. Hard to talk only the game when it is a 30 point beatdown. It's just amazing to me how these announcers leave the game in progress behind and talk about everything under the sun. The Sunday announcers do it all the time.
Part of announcer research is called “blowout material”. They legit prep for these scenarios. It's just amazing to me how these announcers leave the game in progress behind and talk about everything under the sun. The Sunday announcers do it all the time.
"talk more about your golf game"Part of announcer research is called “blowout material”. They legit prep for these scenarios.
Not only that, but even if Indiana had been shut out the margin of victory would have been 27 points — less than the SMU loss and only 2 points worse than the TN loss. That’s the same TN that beat out the 3 SEC teams that are crying they should have gotten into playoffs. It's odd that for all the !!!! Indiana got yesterday.... that game looks to end the closest of all four first round games.
