On a defenseless player (which this was) you don't need to launch with the head... only forceable contact to the head/neck.

This one the ball carrier wasn't defenseless but there was forceable contact to the head/neck with clear intention (leaning with the head).

Both of these were obvious and quite ridiculous to not be called.

I was watching the penn state game last night after our beloved kicked sc a$$.and one thing I really got to give the big ten credit for is the fundamentals of tackling wrapping guys up.it seems like the sec always goes for the hard hits but don't wrap up.texas has been a perfect example of this today.ive watched as runing back get a first down through 4 Texas defenders and the only player literally trying to wrap up was the player laying on the ground holding his foot.i guess what I'm trying to say sec might have bought more talent then some big ten programs but if you don't follow that up with quality coaching and fundamentals it don't matter what talent you have

Holy moly, what an effort by Skattebo with a little help on that TD.

That kid has guts. Can barely walk after being sick, but still does that.

Yes, that holy moly was intentional for what Tessitore used to do with that mini golf show.
