TJL just had a blocked shot, got the ball and threw a half court length bounce pass for an assist.

Watching Mercer and UNCG now. Boy do both of these teams have some elite athletes. These are the types of teams that scare me.
Appalachian State upsets Georgia State to make it to the tournamant for the first time since 2000. They will almost certainly be a 16 seed (and therefore a potential opponent for us).
I mean, if the commutte truly is purposely generating matchups (they aren't), they'll set up a first round game between Appalachian State and Michigan.

Appalachian State upset their way through the Sun Belt, beating Texas State, Coastal Carolina, and Georgia State (2 time defending champs) to score a ticket to the dance. Can you Say 'Play-In Game'?
That would bring back some bad memories for scUM fans. In 2007 Appalachian State beat #5 Michigan at Michigan in one of the biggest upsets in college football history.
(Was also the first game ever televised on Big Ten Network.)

Both lower seeds won in the CAA tournament semifinals tonight. 8 seeded Elon upset 4 seed Hofstra 76-58 and 6 seeded Drexel defeated 2 seed Northeastern 74-67.

Seems like there are a ton of top seeds getting knocked off in these mid-major tourneys. It would be interesting to see what that means for the big dance. Does that mean less cinderellas? If you're not a top 1-2 or maybe 3 seed in a mid-major do you have any shot at winning in the NCAA tournament?

In a very quick 4 team tourney, the lowest seed Mount St. Mary's upsets Wagner yesterday and Bryant University today (on their home floor) to capture the ticket from the Northeast Conference.
BYU up 7 through a quarter of the game. Defense sucks all around.
They're not letting up either. This looks like a fun one.
Be a darn shame if Gonzaga were to choke this away, I was hoping they'd save that for the NCAAs.
