At least that will make me more likely to watch.
Who's gonna watch when the Cubs have Game 3 at home that night.

Sanity prevails: Trubisky to start against the Vikings.
Dan Pompei in his postgame observations put it perfectly. If you don't start Trubisky next Monday night, then you start Mark Sanchez. Glennon has proven that he can't succeed and if the Bears think that Trubisky still isn't ready then you have to go to Sanchez. A QB change has to be made even if it's not going to Trubisky.
The biggest worry I'd have with starting Trubisky if he's ready is the defenses he plays the next 3 weeks (vs. Minnesota, @ Baltimore, vs. Carolina).
Another problem is Deshaun Watson is tearing up the league at the moment. When Trubisky inevitably struggles against these great defenses, the whole world is going to be asking why the Bears didn't take Watson. It's about the toughest situation a rookie QB could be coming into.
Not gonna lie. That TD celebration by the Vikings made me chuckle a little bit.
His numbers were less than I expected, but a lot of things went against him in the first half (teammate penalties). At least the Bears have a young rookie qb that looks like he has the tools to be decent at some point in the future. It will be interesting to see how he develops in the weeks ahead and how much more of the offense will be opened up for him. But for goodness sakes, these receivers.......Trubisky's final line in his first game: 12-25, 128 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
