he's going to MSU next fall to play hockey. I believe his best football offer was with Miami of Ohio. did not have many D1 offers. the strong consensus is that he has a much brighter future as a hockey player. pretty damn good skater for being that big

Yeah, that was a relatively easy conversion for him in the shootout.
Went to the UC last night for the first time in a while. Choppy, poor first two periods but a pretty solid third and OT was good. Lev was...not good.

Wyatt Kaiser was absolutely abused on 2 of the 3 Minnesota goals in regulation.
Told my wife early that we were up 3 zip and asked if she knew what that had the makings for. She knew.
Blowing leads in the 3rd period was even worse last year.
I guess it's part of the process.
The thing that bothers me more is how bad the power play has become since Bedard has come back. Doesn't make sense.

Rinzel was called up. I’d imagine one of Kaiser/Levshunov will sit tonight.
Kaiser is going to lose some battles due to his lack of size, but from my viewing Lev just simply hasn't been in the right spots. Hopefully a little watching can help improve his decision-making.
I like the Black Hawks just as many of you, but it seems like owners keep doing the same thing every year and the team dosen't make the playoffs. United Center is a nice place to see agame, but if you are never gonna make the playoffs, what's the use of spending all that money on tickets? Just wondering..
