Just checked the box score vs 76ers - Giddey had a triple double.
I'm thinking he's thinking "I gotta work double time while Ayo's out!"

In other news, Johnni Broom DNP and has played 5 min total in the last 10 games. Kinda surprising, no?
And, idkwti was a DNP at the bottom of the roster.

the final +/- for the roster are hilarious and completely in line with the flow of the game-

average starter +/- was -15 with all five negative,

average bench was +15 with all 6 positive and led by Ayo

bench turned the game in multiple stretches just to see the starters cede the lead. Ayo was on the court at the end and had some huge plays including a steal/dunk and 2 free throws late to help seal the win.

i love how every season he is the odd man out and relegated to the bench, but he keeps showing out....

Will the Bulls win ever again? They are playing the (other) worst teams in the NBA and are managing to lose every game. Sometimes by a little, sometimes by A LOT.

And no one player could fix them, unless Kareem finally, and rightfully, comes to play there.
But they need, need, NEED a big man at the rim, not necessarily to score but to rebound and block shots and to generally intimidate opponents driving to the basket. Who should they trade for? Send Cobi and ? for a true center somewhere to start the process. But for who?

Would like to see Walker Kessler in Chicago. So, either a sign and trade for Coby, or let Coby walk , since they really can't afford to re-sign both him and Ayo, and sign an offer sheet for restricted f.a. Kessler. Would also like to get an srp for Vucevic at the trade deadline, ; plenty of defensive minded bigs will be available.

If there was ever a year to really suck it would be this year. There is some really high end talent coming in the draft.

Bulls lose to another terrible team at home by ten. They play yet another team with less than five wins (Pacers) at home next. What an awful team. How Karnisovas keeps his job is beyond me. The Reinsdorfs must not care as long as the fans keep showing up.
