So sitting second row pretty much means he doesn’t contribute a whole lot? Well at least during the games?
Doesn’t seem like he has ever been in the long term plans for the team. I think he just needed a job until the next coaching cycle came around.
I imagine he will get another shot at a HC gig somewhere soon enough. The rebs weren’t bad under him, they just weren’t good enough.

Penn State isn’t firing Rhoades … Can’t afford it after the football situation …

Altman has had one bad year that was snake bit with injury … I just don’t see him wanting to go out like that and they won’t fire him I don’t think …

Shrewsberry is one to watch … Some of his post game comments haven’t made ND boosters very happy … They gave him a truck load of $$ to get these kids and he’s done absolutely nothing with it … And it’s not a secret most of those kids are leaving …
Was Shrews just a one hit wonder with a nice roster makeup at Penn State?

Syracuse is a good job. They should be able to find a big name to jump

For many years that was the highest attendance team in the country so there must surely be the fan network to create some NIL strength there.

But on some level that does feel like it's a program that belongs to a different era of college basketball, like a UNLV or something.

UConn rescued its program by abandoning the pretense of top level football to get basketball back where it belongs in the Big East, you wish Syracuse would do that (they never will).

I always thought Boeheim was whiny and top 5 in doing the least with the most talent, it's a bit much that he blames the players for Autry getting fired. It just blows right past the coach's responsibility in getting the right guys in, getting them into positions where they can succeed and (something Boeheim never did) adapting your system to their strengths.
