Think I saw where Wisconsin is hiring Grimes away from Kansas for OC. Feels like a pretty underwhelming hire given the $$ they’ve sunk into the Fickell regime.

kansas fans were apoplectic at grimes' playcalling for much of the season. fickell has made some bizarre coordinator hires.

i would love to see wisconsin back near the bottom of the big 10, which is where they were for most of their existence prior to alvarez.

I would like to see us bring in former western Michigan oc and ncc head coach Jeff Thorne as an analyst. Great football mind who is well respected in the state.

Sounds like he is upfront about not wanting the grind and thats why he has a GM on the books. But alos bonus for that grizzled NFL coach doubling down on nepotism.

Real head scratcher for UNC. Plenty of G5 HC's with winning track records but they zone in on a 72 yo ex NFL coach who has only won consistently with one QB.

How about the "real" Wisconsin finally be brought back to life --- the one I came to know and love throughout the entirety of the 1970's and 1980's. And let's bury everything Barry Alvarez --- except for Coach B, of course --- while we're at it.

it’s not too late for Fickell to turn things around , but it’s now past “halftime” , and his seat is getting warm . He needs to go bowling next year , or his seat will be very hot going into 2026
