my OkSt grad son, who came in last night from Boston, wonders if the qb from North Texas, Mestermaker, follows Morris to OkSt , provided they can come up with the competitive NIL
Where is Ole Miss first call of this is how it shakes out? Lane really leaving them in a brutal spotKiffin to LSU …
Sumrall to Auburn …
Fisch to Florida …
Golesh to Arkansas …
Sean Lewis to UCLA …
Chesney to Penn State …
That’s what I’ve heard as of today …
Well, now that I know Josh is OK with Fitz, I am all in.Same …
Acting like Fitz isn’t a GIANT upgrade is insane … It’s like people haven’t watched the defense this year …
We’d be LUCKY to have him …

Is UConn still doing the independent thing? If so, that’s likely enough. Easier to schedule 3 or 4 noncon games then a whole slate, especially since UConn is now competitive. How many P4 schools would want to schedule them now? Don’t really know for sure, but wouldn’t surprise me if recruiting is easier in a conference too. Then there is CFP. Are they still holding at least one spot for G6 schools? If so, likely an easier route to playoffs than would have at UConn.Don't get the appeal of CSU for Mora 2.0. Not any higher up the rung than where he is now. $$ might be the answer. Bigger and better jobs likely to be available next year. I guess he could jump again if need be.
Morris taking the OSU job seems early. Ole Miss, Auburn, Arky all still open and Mizzou might be as well.

A former Bret Bielema player to UCLA!
Penn State must be out on the idea of poaching Deboer...thought Chesney to UCLA was nearing a deal.
I’ve heard Brent Key and Drink for them …
Mizzery thinks Drink is staying and he might be … But I am hearing he’s flirting with a different program every time I get on my phone …
To coach with Lane?Experts(?) in StL think drink is heading to LSU...I don't think Baton Rouge would be happy about that nor should they be
Fitz always struck me as a bit of a goof, but no one can say he isn't at least a good if not real good coach. If he's been cleared of wrongdoing, there is no reason for Illinois to be on their high horse about it. Somebody will pick him up & our luck is such that if someone else in the Big gets him he'd beat our !!! for a decade after that.Well, now that I know Josh is OK with Fitz, I am all in.
Definitely mutual interestThis would be absolutely fantastic
Twice in the last 3 weeks a St Louis tv station (KTVI a couple nights ago) have mentioned the Franklin factor. Drink is a great recruiter, entertaining and exciting but he can't win the big one despite good talent.Experts(?) in StL think drink is heading to LSU...I don't think Baton Rouge would be happy about that nor should they be
