Throw a big at Thomas Hammock for RB coach. Hammock made 630k and Thad was at 500k. NIU is moving to the mountain west and I’m sure he would like to get out of there

I’ve posted this before. But this chart shows that the o-line was slightly above average at run blocking, but we had the worst running back room in the country. Not the B1G, the country.
Thad’s a good recruiter, though, so that will be missed.
(And he might be a decent coach too, I’m not sure, I’m not in those rooms. But the running backs way underperformed this year until the bowl game).
get a good Oline and RB takes care of itself.
