it’s as if he really always wanted to coach & just did the quarterback thing to give his resume credibility

edit : there’s nothing wrong with that and he’s hardly the first to do that . lots of guys , including coaches sons have done that , right Tyler ?

nope - I'm putting the +/- at 1.5 for additional assistant coach staffing changes.

My wording rules out changed at OC or DC, but realistically Lunney is not going anywhere this offseason, and it appears AHen is going to get at least one more season to develop and prove he can be a P4 DC.
I'm going under and where can this bet be placed?

Is there another head coach you would trust to correctly identify replacement coaches to fill needs like Bielema? You could argue it's his greatest strength.

He’s on the fast track … Really believe he’s on a similar path to Nate …

The value he brings is just incredible … Allows Lunney to just focus on ball …
What does fast track mean? G5/P4 OC in the next few years?

Im not much of a fan of Miller. His OL has a trend of struggling early in the season even with highly rated vet led lines, but they tend to improve as the season goes. I wish they played with more effort and intensity.

But the 1 coach id really like to see replaced is the strength and conditioning coach.
You will always have injuries in this sport and even though a few major pieces have gone down over the years, the injury bug hasnt seemed to hit illinois nearly as bad as other programs....but my god the lack of speed and strength has been blatant. The lines of scrimmage getting bullied week in and week out. That needs to change and it starts in the weight room.

As a Steelers fan, the second name on this list really excites me!
