I'm missing the joke.
Why on earth would Phair be on the chopping block?
To me it just seems strange to be committed to the long term rebuild and fire your oc two years in. Position coaches, I get it. Coordinators? Confusing to me.

The thing about McGee though is that would free up a ton of money to spread elsewhere.
I wouldn't do it and I would be mildly surprised if it happened, but I can understand the logic. Only, of course, if his replacement wants to institute the same sort of scheme we've been recruiting and teaching to.
Agree with last part. I realize we have not had the talent McGee needs, but still a little disappointed we weren't better. Not great, just not so abysmal.
We cannot restart a new system. QB we have on campus in Thomas, qbs coming in all are for McGee's statement.
I'm just personally not a fan of the Petrino style of offense. I know we had some success with Paul running the offense back in the Scheelhaase days but I just don't like it philosophically it is far too multiple for me and seems like it just relies on good players being good.
When I watch Louisville, it just seems insane, like they just want Lamar Jackson to run around and make insane plays.
I just think if you're rebuilding you should aim for consistency and identity. I know there wasn't a whole lot to work with but it seemed so bad on offense.
WIU head coach Charlie Fisher joining Arizona State's staff as wide receivers coach.
Lovie: Don't anticipate coaching changes.
Sounds like he has his 10th guy ready.

Todd Graham? Half joking.Does anyone have any guesses about who it will be?
So a staff addition, rather as a firing and then a hiring? Interesting, but makes sense I guess.
