If Luis is eligible after being gone from college for over a year and signing a 2 way contract then the NCAA is well on its way to being the minor league NBA.

Think of all the 2 way contract players that haven’t played in the NBA that could theoretically have college eligibility.

Not sure what Wade is doing exactly, but he is obviously trying to circumvent the established rules. Seems like this would fall under the same circumstances of the Bediako case last year, who was temporarily allowed to play, but ultimately ineligible... Luis had a two way contract with the NBA, this is supposed to be a deal breaker...

Will Wade's M.O. is to see what the current rules are and see just how far outside of those rules he can safely go. Then he'll go five times further.
