There goes USCs depth. Are we the deeper team now finally? /s

If anything it shows why depth is important. Their frontcourt still consists of the Ratliff twins, Cofie, and Christian Collins.

If Illinois lost Tomi or Michigan lost Thiam (starting centers), they’d be in a lot more trouble.

Last week you said Collins was a wing, now he’s a frontcourt player? (he might have to be now)

Ratliff twins are freshmen that weigh 210 lbs, we’ve seen countless times how that plays in the B1G regardless of their rankings.

Cofie 230
Ratliff 210
Ratliff 210
Collins 195

Have fun with that, at least we’d have Z.

I thought I saw a judge rule today they could only return to their former schools but if you ask the same question tomorrow the answer will probably be different
I thought it was: there won't be an extra portal for these players, but if they had entered the portal already (which some did in case of a ruling like this), they could transfer. But I agree, even if that's what it is today, it's likely to change again

The judge ruled that they can only enter the transfer portal at the standard times. If any of these 5th year players, despite being out of eligibility, entered the transfer portal when it was open then they can change teams. I don't know if any such cases exist.

can't believe filing "unnecessary" paperwork really did help them out.

as a procrastinator and someone who dislikes paperwork, this one stings

I guess you win this round, Dad

Is Reibe actually good tho?

Not very... but was still projected as a starter for them by most (which is telling of their frontcourt quality even prior to the injury news, imo).

The freshmen are rated highly, but extremely slight of frame. Their frontcourt is now one guy 6-10 230 and then 3 other guys either below or slightly above 200 lbs. Sounds pretty mid to me, but I guess you never know.

Denzel Aberdeen is one example. I am sure there are others. Players entered the portal in case something like this happened.

Donovan Dent realizing if he wants to play ball again it'll have to be for the UCLA munchkin 😭 "F that...I'm retired again"

AJ Storr realizing if he wants to play ball again he'll have to do something he's not done in over a decade......play at the same school for a 2nd consecutive season 😢 😲
