People focus on the “bust” aspect way too much. The team you go to and the fit is way more important.
If he came to Illinois OR stayed at Wisconsin, I think he’d be a lot more successful.

Obviously the player has to want to change and I'm not saying that Brad or a better school would have even taken him at this point.
However, if he still wanted to try to play in the NBA his best chance would've been to humble himself this year and really focus on defense. Basically just try to be an off-ball catch and shoot guy while becoming a lockdown perimeter defender and good rebounder.
NBA caliber size and athleticism if he wanted to reinvent himself in a 3 and D role. Him going to UNLV does not suggest he's going to do that though.
He lands at a destination that he was meant for.
