Mourinho and Zlatan start the season with a bang. Pogba had his medical. I'm calling Manchester United the favorites right now.

I wonder what the over/under is on how long until MANU fans are pissed because Mourinho has decided to park the bus.
Bold. Great keeper, but unimpressed by their D. Pogba is very good, but not worth 110M euros. MU's in transition, I don't think they're quite there yet.
I'll probably just tune on NBC to watch whatever team is being broadcasted since my club isn't in EPL this season. Plus following my other clubs will make my time thin; too much soccer/sports for a week.
It'll be interesting how José Mourinho does this season at Man. U. as well as Manchester City with Pep Guardiola. The lights are on them and I believe they'll shine (the former more than the latter). Arsene Wenger has some pressure on him (last year in his contract): find a CB and a striker once the summer transfer window closes. If he doesn't renew, Arsenal under his tenure will be w/o an EPL title for more than a decade. I'm starting to like Jurgen Klopp's personality - seems like a guy you don't want to get mad and when he does it'll be painfully awkward. Not sure where LP will place since I haven't looked at their roster or any transfers coming in yet.
what's your club?
Aston Villa. When I was a pre-teen and teenager I supported Southampton.
Apparently all the clubs I support are in transitions of rebuilding mostly out of bad management of transfers and keeping mediocre talent. Some just plain suck like Chicago Fire (like AV, once a great club). At least the Cubs are doing well! :thumb: Up the Cubs!
when was Chicago Fire a great club? i'm guessing i just didn't know chicago had a soccer team.
Argentina doesn't reach the knockout rounds of the Olympics for the first time since the 60s. Honduras was very fun to watch. They might give Mexico and the US some trouble in world cup qualifying.
P.S. Sorry I usually just treat this as the general soccer forum.

I know this has already been touched on somewhat but...
Any predictions on who finishes top 4 this season? Bottom 3? Do Burnley, Middlesbrough, and Hull City stay up for another season or do they all get relegated back down to the Football League Championship?
