In 120 now and it's not as bad. It's also not as loud once we turned the corner into 120.
If you go with the HS, I would recommend row 50. Yes, it's the last row and furthest from the field but there is one massive perk to row 50, the railing is behind you.
I love that nobody is kneeing me in the back and I have a built-in back rest. The only downside is on a cold and windy day there is nothing to break the wind.
I toyed with moving during my reseat appointment back on 4/8, but nothing that was left interested me as much as that railing at my back. It also allows us to stand during the game and nobody's telling you to sit down.

Okay, so after you posted this, I regretted my section 118 row 42 selection, so I contacted the ticket department, and I am now section 119, row 50!

I hope it is worth it! Last year when we went to a game, it was the Purdue game, and we were all standing, and it was great, but we weren't able to sit back down because the people behind us had spilled beer and then stood on our seats like idiots, and there were dirty, wet, beer foot smears all over our seats. Row 50 of the horseshoe negates that problem! Thanks :)

I think you'll like the back rest. You also get to yell at the visiting crowd as they leave for the exits after they lose. Bye, bye Blue was a fun taunt at the Michigan fans. 😄
But you better bundle up on a cold and windy day, you'll catch all of it.

Just a quick question...are you all satisfied with your ticket rep? I used to have a guy that would return calls and emails daily and was very attentive. I got a new rep last year and it is sometimes days before I get a reply to emails and sometimes not at all. On Thursday morning I asked a couple simple questions via email regarding the basketball ticket reseat and still haven't gotten an answer. Just wondering.

Mine is quick to respond and has met me in person a few times.

I went through the reseating process and I just checked my account and it does not reflect the payment in my order history. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't see anything for 2025 in my order history either. I can't say whether it was there before and disappeared or if this is just as designed at this point.

My order history doesn't show my new tickets either. I did get an email receipt showing my seat numbers and the amount I was charged. But when I ordered my seatbacks, my correct seats show up there. The whole Illinois athletics website is pretty janky, in my opinion.

I emailed them with the same concern, even though I received the confirmation email for the ticket purchase. Joshua responded that my tickets won't appear in the app until late July. He also confirmed that I had the tickets secured.

I remember from last year that they are not made available in the account immediately. There is some time well before the games, but not right now. My question is, how are "people" offering tickets on the after market sites already? Not that I'm looking for any.

I've wondered the same thing. Evidently you don't have to show any proof that you actually have tickets to post them online. There have been tickets available on some sites since the schedule was released, way before the reseat even started.

Has anyone received any info on when parking/tailgate lots will be sold? It was communicated that it would be in May, but I have not seen anything yet. Curious if some of the bigger donor levels have begun to select parking passes yet.

I received an email about an hour ago that the survey will be sent out in the "coming days". So my guess is that early next week.

Does this mean they are going to stripe spots this year? We will see how they enforce it, but something had to be done. 3 hours before game would take for ever to find an open spot.

I’ve seen many canopies set up in 1-2 additional spaces next to vehicles in our lot. Of course if two families with passes carpool this is fine, but that doesn’t seem to be what’s happening. One space per pass would significantly increase capacity but requires enforcement.

That was fine when the football program was pathetic. Now we have to actually run things like a premier program. You want multiple spaces, you need to pay for it. Pretty simple, but enforcement will be key.

First Time Season Ticket holder! Live about 45 minutes West of Peoria - our family of 4 is very excited!

We ended up in section 130. My question is, is there access from the NW tower to the NE tower during games? Say I wanted to visit someone across the field in section 102, is going around through the horseshoe the only way there, without exiting the stadium?

The only way to get from one side to the other is walking through the horseshoe concourse area. There's just one very narrow hallway on the West side that's actually very easy to miss if you aren't careful.

The hallway blackdog is talking about is a little hard to find in a crowd and difficult to navigate, but there is another way. Go out of the southwest tower and around the corner and you'll wind up in the same place as the hallway takes you. The horseshoe area is a little crowded before games, but it usually thins out. There are usually some good food and drink trucks parked out there.

We've had Lot 35 for the past five years and increased our I Fund level to get our seats (we didn't get them but effectively moved about ten feet and saved about $100) and Josh (our guy) said we should get Lot 35 again. We'd better. But no, no word yet.

I'm presuming some tickets must be being held out for single games. The season ticket sales are now "sold out for the horseshoe, there is one (1) seat available in all of West Main, and there's just a handful of seats available in both far left and far right sections of West Balcony. East Main and East Balcony have a scattering of tickets available. I can't believe the season tickets through the university are sold out completely in the Horseshoe.

All that said, this team had better rock the world because fan support is over the top.
