We don’t have a new TSJ thread so I don’t know exactly where to put this, but it’s the entire Jaylon Tate case thread from 2016.

It’s a very interesting read with many parallels to our many TSJ’s threads, all available on one ten page offering.

On a separate note, Stubblefield needs to be let go from DePaul. It's astonishing that they have not made any progress with improving their program despite having some talent on their roster. This is likely a direct reflection on the coaching staff, no matter how demonstrative and active he is when he is coaching on the sideline
DePaul insider??

Like I said, impressive regardless.
If you’re impressed with individual performances, then you’ll love watching Georgetown and Louisville. For a team performance and a winning formula, watch the Illini, Tennessee, Arizona, UCON, and the rest of the top ranked teams.

Me personally, if I want to observe an individual performance I’ll watch tennis, golf or F1.

He's a sophomore transfer who leads one of best conferences in the country in scoring. He has a better eFG% than Domask and a better A/T than Shannon. No reason to continue hating on the guy.

We all know that he can score, that was never his problem and I will never be impressed by the fact that he can. His problem is he's an unwilling defender, not a good team mate, and doesn't respond to coaching.

That’s two years in a row now Epps has had a coach walk off and say “you guys seem to know it all. You figure it out.”
I wonder if we had better senior leadership last year if Epps' trajectory would have changed, as typically having a good strong locker room kicks the me first attitude out of young players. I could be wrong, but it seemed in ways that Epps was following Mayer's approach. Wonder if he was surrounded by say Trent and Damonte if he had mirrored them instead.
