Looking at Duke fans on a 247 forum. Stuff like this:
Refs giving all the calls to Illinois
Duke is not a top 25 team
Duke is not a top 40 team
Illinois is for real
Except for giving all the calls to Illinois.

Held the turnovers to only 6 that half...improving...but still losing that battle....Duke with 5

Well, I am hoping that a last second shot does not mean we lose by only 2 rather than 5. This team has a way of turn-overing and missed free-throwing their way out of any lead.

We were more than capable of going into that half up 2 or 3 after some costly turnovers between the 10 and 4 minute mark. I’ll give this team the benefit of the doubt right now, as they’ve responded well and haven’t folded after that hot start. But of course, time will tell.

I know how it came to be called Cameron Indoor Arena, but, really, why keep the indoor? We don't call it the State Farm Indoor Center.

Curbelo might be one of those guards that you just have to live with a few extra TO's because his own teammates aren't ready for what he's creating sometimes.

He's gonna get a lot more efficient by "mid" season. Right now you see him trying things out and affirming that the stuff he used in high school can still work at this level. The thing is, he's getting caught up in certain game situations that he's never quite seen before - beating guys off the trouble but encountering more size and length on the interior, or not yet knowing the best angle to take to maneuver around the arriving help defender. But his dribble penetration and playmaking instincts are superb, and between his, Miller's, and Hawkins' upside, it's clear we're gonna be *really* good by tournament time.

Coach K is about the best at half-time adjustments. Illinois needs to be intense to start the second half. And it would be great for Hurt to get foul #4 early.

Nice balanced scoring, no foul trouble, all good

Cold a** half, man.

Let's come out 2nd half, squeeze their necks tight, then stare into their eyes until the lights go out.

There's blood soaking the water. Time to unleash and hone that killer instinct.
No.

I want them awake.

I want them to see this.

Duke playing without 4 of their 5 star starters this year. They usually have a guy like Hurts or better at every position. Sign that K may be getting ready to hang it up.

He played 11 minutes. 12-13 in the second (less Grandison), I’m good. And I love Damonte
Me too! And i just think to keep the game in our court we need that glue to keep us together in the second and pull away. Defense will be huge in winning this one.

Now that's the kind of ball movement that makes this a FF team.
