For a team who swears they are good at defense, we are not very good at defense.

Kofi what was that? Put a freaking hand up dude, the clock is expiring

I guess they are saving their energy for offense. No? Oh, maybe the second half then.

BU needs to light a fire under this group. The defense has been turr-i-ble

I agreed. But as Dakich said talking about Underwood saying Ayo is the best player in the country “when he’s locked in”— that qualifier takes him out of the running. when are we going to stop talking about uninspired play and lighting fires with this team?

There continues to be many questions about BU and this staff. Still not convinced he can motivate elite players. No way the team we have with the talent we have should be playing this up and down. Something is not right.

GMAB. The refs have destroyed all the momentum in the game. Indiana was able to build that in the last 2 mins when there wasn’t as many foul calls.

Frankie says relax.

Can't get it to him when 3 guys sag and he stands still. We have forced it a few times we shouldn't have. Kofi needs to work to present an entry angle and the guys just need to make the shots they are giving us.

Yep. They are defending Kofi like they did Garza. And we are shooting like Iowa did in that game. It led to an W for Indiana. 😬

Whichever team comes out with the most intensity now wins this one.

I hope coach has them lit up and angry now.

Indiana has only made three treys and they've put up 41 on this team in a half. Need to do some soul searching.

You shouldn't have to motivate elite players or they're not elite. Elite players motivate not only themselves, but those around them. This isn't an Underwood issue. It's a leadership issue. This is high D I college basketball. If guys need the coaches to throw a hissy fit to get energized...you have a roster issue.

Who is the leader of the program? Is he not responsible for cultivating player leaders? This is the most talented roster he's had here at IL -according to his own words. Why no consistency? Why do we play up/down to the competition? Are Ayo and Kofi not elite players? They are both in the final 20 Wooden Watch. When is it the right time to hold BU accountable for the team's play? We've all seen what they are capable of, even this week.

Still looking for 60 seconds of accurate consistent commentary on the ACTUAL GAME from the ultimate 🤡, Dakich. I don't see how anyone can defend this being a basketball fan during a basketball game.

Anybody know why 6’10” Coleman Hawkins doesn’t play anymore? Pretty sure he would bring energy to this team with a few minutes on the court

I guess for me now I would like to see more Curbello and Granderson and much less Miller. He just is not bringing much right now. Forced 3’s?

Ugly offense but we shot 11/14 on FTs. Probably helped out by the fact that Kofi hasn't attempted a FT yet lol.

Cmon guys. Adam Miller is playing fine and taking the shots he’s supposed to take. The difference here is a couple missed layups for us and some second chances for them

Let's face it. We're not there yet. We've yet to show that we have that killer mentality that just wants to stomp whomever it is is, whenever. As others have said, we play up, we play down, we play one half, rarely two. Is that on the players, the coach, the beet juice, the lack of Luther Head's walk-on fund, who knows?

Quit putting them on the line. They can win with those extra points.

Honestly I don't know what we were running on offense 1st half.
