May be time to try some of the young linemen - on both sides - because the current two deep is just not getting the job done. Where is Jacas? I thought we were ready to play with the best of them in the trenches but we have been dominated by Toledo and Kansas.
KU with Daniels is a good team that almost won the Big 12 last year. Once he got injured their season got derailed. Are they as good as PSU OSU or scUM. I don’t know
The Big 12 normally doesn’t play good defense but their offenses are off the chart.
KU is showing what energy their crowd can pump into their team and they have so much football tradition

Honestly except for JJ McCarthy had we play any QB who was useful running last season.
This is one of those game were you doubt the quality of the entire conference.

Are the coaches discussing the dumb penalties, shoving people after a play, getting in people's faces after a play (IW got away with that one)? The old school coaches would not stand for this, and grab a kid by the jersey when it happened, and they would NEVER do it again. Is this not a thing anymore for coaches? Why are they just letting them act like that?

We have to recruit hard some CB’s in the offseason. Either that or our CB’s are just too inexperienced and haven’t caught up to the quickness of the game yet.

Not sure what the Illini will have to say about the football competition or where and how the new teams will be allotted, but USC, UCLA, and Washington sure don't expect to give up anything to Oregon. Winning a basketball title should be a big deal though and the football titles will no longer be divided up between two teams.
