How about you back up your "Facts". Illinois has the 130th NCSOS on Kenpom. I highly doubt we have the 22nd toughest NCSOS listed somewhere else without playing a true road game.

Have said this before but any player that has played as many games in Div. 1 as many of our players should be much better at defense. Coaching is not occurring.

Well... It's one of two things... Either our players are really, really, really bad... or, They are decent D1 players who don't pay any attention to what the coach says.... what else can it be ?

Bold Prediction Alert (sarcasm alert as well): Groce will coach 18 more games at the University of Illinois, unless he hands the reigns to Tejon and Tejon can make this a real team. Of course, we'd also have to learn to play D, rebound, protect the basketball and not get out-coached.

I'm more partial to the Kenpom rankings myself, though.
