Game Thread: Illinois at Maryland

[Marshall_Lucky]

They simply cannot cover Dixon without grabbing his jersey. Continue to mix it up and keep the Terp D off balance. The blocking by the O line is much better this half so far. Let's get some stops on D and keep the pressure up while on offense. Would really like to see a three and out on this next Terp possession.

Maybe one of those tugs will eventually get called...

[Dr Copejam]

No reason to think that they won’t march right down the field.

[Marshall_Lucky]

Seems like it’s going to be one of those days

Defense seems to be regressing to their norm

[Second place is 1st loser]

QB roll left, QB roll right, receiver open on a crossing route or back open out of the backfield.

[New Creation]

I am standing by my earlier statement. We will need to score 28 points or more to win today. I'll take being wrong as well.

[aaeismacgychel]

Giant 3rd down. Force them to punt

[AssemblyHallForever]

Need a huge stop here

[FloridaMan]

This game is taking YEARS off my life

[Marshall_Lucky]

[EmeraldCityIllini]

Just a pathetic tackle attempt.

And it happens all the time.

[TooHot4Tots]

[Altgeld's Bells]

Great tackling. /S Had him stopped and let him go.

[BWBW]

Rats

[JJE]

Our guys on defense need a Red Bull. They look absolutely lifeless.

[Illinijoe]

Get real football players who can tackle. Tired of these clowns who are WEAK

[Second place is 1st loser]

Bad teams have Heckl on it. Good teams don't.
